Route March in forenoon. Ran ashore just outside pier and had to be taken off in launch. Painting party in afternoon. 2nd B.C.S. went out.

Mess deck painting party in forenoon. Boat keeper of pinnace in afternoon. R.N.A.S. Seaplane moored alongside all day and pilot, Lieut. Commdr. Ross came on board.
