Route March in forenoon. Ran ashore just outside pier and had to be taken off in launch. Painting party in afternoon. 2nd B.C.S. went out. 

July 28th 1915

Starbd 4″ crews to drill & Searchlight drill in forenoon. Mess deck painting party in afternoon. Concert in evening. Very good.

July 27th 1915

Mess deck painting party in forenoon. Boat keeper of pinnace in afternoon. R.N.A.S. Seaplane moored alongside all day and pilot, Lieut. Commdr. Ross came on board.

Holy stoned decks. Cook of Mess. Make & mend in afternoon. 

July 24th 1915

Mess deck painting party. Exercise action in forenoon and night defence in evening.

July 23rd 1915

Mess deck painting party. Searchlight drill at 8.30.p.m

July 22nd 1915

Route march in forenoon. Quite good march. Went ashore with 2nd part of Starboard in afternoon. Skipper asked Ships Company in make gromets for munitions during spare time. Search light drill at 8.0.p.m. 

July 21st 1915

Very windy day. Mess deck painting party in afternoon. 4″ gun drill & searchlight drill in forenoon.
