Scrubbed decks. Carred on with 1st Lieutenant’s party. Got 2 more torpedoes out. Cleaned paintwork in submerged flat in afternoon. 3rd Sub (?), duty Sub (or book?). Very windy night and so 2nd part of Starboard Watch told off for anchor watches. Told off from 2.am to 

4.am. Had to sleep under fore shelter deck starboard side. Very rotten as cements bags were on the deck and wind was blowing in (it?) all about.
