Had anchor watch from 2-3 a.m. under fore-shelter deck and rom 3-4 am on fos’cle. Then turned in again. Very nearly overslept and did not go into mess deck until nearly 7.0.am. Not feeling up to much, slight sore throat. Scrubbed decks and after breakfast sleaned up Body Room. Throat rotten. Could eat no dinner. Told off for cement party in afternoon. Had ist dog watch and do got head down in afternoon. Worked during first dog or made pretence to. Ought to have worked during middle but got permission to have all night in.
